The only thing I do not like about the Hyperpro is the flex of the mounting bracket. Add a few clicks to the dampener and turn the bars lock to lock while watching the bracket (can you say flex). And yes, I have had the Hyperpro for about 8 months now and it does work well. It smooths out the front head shake when accelerating hard which is a very good thing. I can't say it is any better than the GPR and I doubt if you could feel any difference on the street. I really wanted the Ohlins steering dampener but it ain't out yet.
