soo i have a 95 zx6r, not sure if all fuel tanks have this, but if you look under the tank, it has the the 2 hoses, fuel and reserve, but theres a third little spout or idk what to call it, it has no hose or anything on it its just open and it has a slow drip of gas thats falling onto my chain,, it is a over flow hole?

 

take a picture of it and point it out in the pic, post it and i will tell you what it is.
