Slip on pipe Question!!!!!!!!
Hello again ya, Im thinking about getting a slip on (yoshi rs-5) for my 05 636. I have read else where that the Fi light will come on or another warning light. Is this true? What can fix it if so? Thanks for the imput. ALSO- Does the catalitic converter sensor just not go back on the pipe when the slip on is installed. Thanks guys! THe Rs 5 yoshi is Sweetttt
as far as the FI light you can but an aluminum stopper than goes on the servo under the seat...i know 2 brothers makes one link but they are a little expensive....i know that somone else makes one but dont rember who....i dont remember seeing a catalitic convertor sensor on the bike either way if you just put a slip on you should be fine
on the rs5 it comes with a servo stopper thats designed to stop the FI light from coming on.you just remove the cables and install the stopper. It comes with detailed instructions!
MOST good reliable exhaust companies should come out with the FI fix by now. IMO, if they dont have a fix, they havent done enough research on their pipe for you to purchase it
