I was wondering if anyone has a power commander with the yosh rs-5 slip on. I'm buying it this week and was dissapointed that i didn't find any maps for it on the power commander website. Was wondering what will the mechanics do then? How much power will that add to my bike? I'd like to hear from others with the same or similar set up. Thanks...

 

go with the acropovic map. do a search, someone just asked about the yosh and pc. i think it was answered in that thread too.

 

You may want to try some of the other maps also. No 2 bikes run the same and you might find a map that suits your bike and riding style better.

 

hey thanks, but i got my bike on the dyno and it runs a little lean at first. not bad enough for me to end up getting a power commmander. thanks anyways.

 

I wonder if there's any slop in the adjustment of the TPS. If you advance it, you can get a slightly richer mixture. Trick the computer into thinking the throttle is open more than it actually is. I'll have to try it with the 05 motor when i install it.
