My boyfriend has a 2005 Ninja 636. The bike keeps cutting out and we cant figure out why. We checked the air filter, cleaned it out and it was still doing it. We thought the ECU was bad so we bought a new one and installed it. Now the bike wont start at all. Can anyone help me with this POS lol I def need to get out on this bike befor we get our first snow. We also want to check the spark plugs, can anyone tell me how to remove them with the stock tools Kawasaki gives you????

Have you check the battery cables and the voltage? It’s very hard for us to guess what’s wrong with your bike without even seeing it. You might benefit from getting a price estimate that lists what is wrong with it. With that you might be able to do the work yourself but you’ll probably need some tools.
