Yeah, Go with Tex on this one cause I'm just guessing. It's hard to troubleshoot problems with someones description. It's a lot easier in person when I can hear, feel and see it happen. Most of the time it's a simple fix (like loose battery cables) but my customer make it sound really bad sometimes and I expect the worst (Like a bad starter or siezed motor).
