They are both excellent bikes. Each for a specific purpose. Can't beat the ZZR for comfort during long rides and the 636 is the best for all around supersport riding with the extra power and quick handling. Personal preference/ Choice is yours. If I had extra money, I'd get a ZZR also for commuting and longer sport riding.
