Exclamation Need help got a engine issue

First off I will try to make this short, and to the point.
2005 ZX6R 636
About 5 months ago my buddy hit a deer about 30 mph and went down on his right side, visible damage was cosmetic fering stuff, and a small crack on the clutch cover in which some oil drained out of. He had the bike towed due to the loss of oil. So currently he replaced the clutch cover and changed the oil, and took it out for a test drive in which after a few minutes the engine was knocking. He brings it back to his house where he checks the oil, and finds the oil to of turn into "chocolate milk", as if it has water or coolant mixed into it. He drains and changes the oil again, and also replaces the the coolant, and takes it out again, all the knocking is all but gone but when he checks the oil again its back to that chocalate milk look again. So both of us are sure its some type of a internal leak, but figured I'd post it up and see if anybody has expierenced this before and what they did to fix it. Any suggestiones and ideas are very much appreciated.

If the oil is milky that's a bad sign. Woudn't even start it till someone chimes in with more tech info. Bummer about your luck.

Didn't the 6r have a weak coolant pump O ring? Trying to remember if that was an issue or not now.
