Usually if you lower the front, the bike will get twitchier & be prone to tankslappers. If you do both front and rear equally, you will still get a little quicker steering due to the shorter wheelbase but will lose ground clearance depending on your riding style & lean angles. Most people don't lean that far over on the streetso ground clearance shouldn't be a problem.
