It was LV. They did not seem too inclined to help me out either. They didn't even apologize for the mistake. I don't think they even beleived me that I didnt receive the parts.

hmm, question: My BN has a spot weld to keep the collar. Can a collar actually fall of if it is an intregral part lets say of the header?
