Default Leo Vincedidn't send all the parts!

So I am sitting there intalling my new exhaust, everything seems to be going well, then of course I go to attach the new headers and boom, no mounting brackets for them. I check the box again and the whole workplace and nothing is to be found. Apparently Leo forgot to send them. SO PISSED. I am now out of a bike until leo sends me the parts. I am calling them tomorrow. How could you possibly forget to send them? I just don't get it.[:@]

Umm not too sure what they are called. The parts diagram had everthing labeled in Italian (Very annoying). They are what attached the headers to the actual motor

You gotta stop buying your aftermarket parts at Home Depot. Those "closeout specials" are always missing parts...
(Just kidding.)

I think they are called collars. I'm surprized they weren't installed on the header tubesalready?

Make sure you look inside every piece of packaging again! I found one of my mounting springs inside one section that I had overlooked!

Yeah I turned the whole place upside down. Nothin to be found. When I called today the guy said he was surprised that they werent on the headers already. they definitely weren't there though. Hopefully they are bein mailed out today though.

Sorry to hear that. Sucks having to wait when you made plans to have it installed & riding. Who is sending the parts, LV or SOAP? I would ask for some accessories or credit for the screw-up.

Bet they were high.......[sm=smiley36.gif] that a bummer. Hate that when it happens. Can you make some sort of collar till the part arrives?
