Sounds like the gears are stripped inside the servo. Did you hold the Servo Nut with a wrench or plierswhen you loosened & re-installedthe bolt? That stop is supposed to rotate, touch the cable mount, rotate the opposite direction, touch the cablemount and stop. Try flipping the stop over. If it doesn't work, you may need another servo.

 

What it ended up being is that it was traveling too far.. I put a zip tie around the black stoppers so the server has to travel less distance. Works like a charm. Seems when that servo fix was made it wasnt long enough...

Thanks man... yeah the pipe sounds awesome. The video does it no justice either... Super deep growl... I havent had a chance to ride it though, can wait to open her up..

Have you done the ECU Jumper Mod yet? DO IT! You'll like it Do a before & after comparison but it will only affect wide open throttle/ Top End speed & power.
