question on an install of a full muzzy exhaust, is it pain in the *** to do for a 05 636?

Yes, the undertail section can be a pain.

I never had a problem with really ANY of the undertail exhaust kits. Its just time consuming. To me, installing the midpipe sucks. but other than that, its fairly easy.

Only tough part is the room beween the rad and the header. Loosen up the rad and slide it forward abit.

Simple stuff bro, move the radiator forward by taking off its bottom bolt and you can access the header bolts easy,also removal of the tail and bottomfairing is req..good luck!

hey if you run into space problem might wana check out getting header wraps...because the closer the valves is to the bottome of the fairings your fairings might start to bubble alittle...something just to check into...

i think the hardest part is getting the can to fit under the taill!!!! 8O

yea thanks, one more thing i heard a couple people telling me that i would have to re-jet it, and even the shop i go to said it would cost my like $500 to get everything, do i need to do that? or is it just BS?

add a power comander, 500 better include dyno runs and tuning along with a custom map. fully installed and they better detail your bike too.

Just get a power commander, they probably already have a map for your setup online so no need to pay someone to tune your bike less effectively than what Dynojet offers for free.
