yea im starting to calm down about it so i might keep it, and your right i only have liabiility cause full coverage was way way to high if somone would offer me 4k would probaly sell.

 

good to hear you're alright...but dont make decisions when you're pissed...I almost sold mine when I was in a tight spot for cash, but I managed to get through and keep the bike...I would have completely regretted selling it now if I did

 

murph, the bike dont look that bad. ill keep an eye out for parts on e bay. as far as the sub, you can beat it back into submission for the time being.

im not sure if this will help but i have an 01 zx6r rear subframe for sell. comes with seats, frame, cowling, battery box, and tail light. if you know if this will fit your bike just let me know. the color of the cowling is black and green. if your interested just let me know. and glad to hear your ok from that.

 

Sory to hear about your mishap and glad that you're ok & keeping the bike. The 01 ZX6R subframe will not fit the 03-04. You can get one on ebay fairly cheap or go to an auto bidy shop; they may be able to straighten it back. You can get replacement street or race bodywork fo less than $400 on ebay.

Hey Murph, I can give you the email address to the guy I'm repair my bike thru. He will hook you. I f*cked up my right side. Yeah the sliders help to a certain point. Sliders are not meant to take all the abuse. Other parts of your bike will get messed up, but the sliders take the impact. My slider, mirror, and peg snapped off, so they took my of the abuse in my accident, so my fairing are actually in pretty good shape. But back to the parts. I don't have the money either, medical bills come first.

But the parts are all Gen Kawi parts, come painted
Upper fairing, lower fairing, clutch cover (with gskt/cite glass), peg, windscreen, meter/mirror bracket, reservoir cap $1100.
