Gervasi's Motorsport in Everett Washington has a throttle body assembly in stock. I just got a call from chris in service saying he had my parts in...*SIGH*. I had to tell him that they next day aired my parts in last week and the bike is ALREADY FIXED. Anyways.....I know they have a brand new set sitting there. Also, they new sets have the "FIX" in them so they won't go bad...well that is what I was told. There phone number incase you want to try to get them is 425-259-6875...ask for chris in Service...tell him Shawn From San Deigo told you about the throttle body's. Also mention im the guy in the Marine Corp. He will prolly help you out....if not hit me up and I will call him and MAKE them help you out.....

My dad actually owns a kawasaki shop so I just called him and he's saw in the past 2 months 11 of these.....I know that doesnt tell you much besides bikes are having this problem more than it really should be happening. Im not sure how many miles are on there bikes but mine had 10k on the clock..I put that 10k on in less than 3 months. I had no warning signs it just happened! From what I have heard that it happens at all differant miles.

Sounds like we may have to really push them for a real fix, not just replacment of more bad parts. It's only a pain now but later, when the warrenty runs out, we'll be out of luck. Anyone a lawyer here?

Is this happening on just the newer '05-'06 636 and 600s? I am writing ROK (Riders of Kawasaki) to see if they can do anything.

Sorry, didn't catch the part in Olympia636's post till now where he stats he was told the fix is already in the part. Still this needs to be a RECALL. Otherwise it will cost us to fix if it happens years from now.
