Like it was said before the law is to stop people who live in ca to buy a car out of state so they don't have to pay state tax on stuff on it. You can always get a used tach with some miles on it just for the registration.

So i called the DMV and everything is cool, im out of state, so there is no fee, and the bike doesnt have to have 7500 miles, all i will have to pay, (once) is when i register it, i will have to pay the difference, if there is one, for the state tax... which is nothing... so I am allllll good.. when i get the bike next week I WILL POST WITH PICS!!!

what part of ca are you coming to? There are a couple of us in the nor cal area from sacramento up to san jose.

I am from Santa Cruz originally, i was born in Fresno,...but I was thinking about moving more south where its sunny more often. I was thinking about moving to Santa Monica. But who knows, if I get a job in CA, then whoever it is that hires me, will determine where I move ... seems to be the case with almost everyone these days, lol
