Default FI light Code 32

I recently put my 2003 636 back together after powdercoating the frame, subframe and swingarm. I had it apart for about 4 weeks. Now, I have a code 32: subthrottle sensor. I took it for a ride and have very little power. It will ride but bogs bad under little throttle. I did attempt to remove the subthrottle when I forgot to route the wiring harness underneath it between the frame and the engine. I read after I had done this that it should not be removed. Is there a way to readjust this or what do you have to do? I am not sure if when I added some fuel to the throttle bodies if that messed something up. This was probably a stupid idea cause it would not start. It turned out that I did not have any spark due to a plug disconnected. [/align]

Yes I have and I have tried to erase it by grounding the AUX cable. I read about a guy who just bought a whole throttle body assy for just over $100.

im at work so im not thinking mechanics right now but do a search on here, there was an issue with the tps that caused the same symptoms that your bike is having.

Yeah I found one like on page 15. He did not describe his problem at all and just said he picked up a used throttle body for just over $100. So I might just take his route. Cause a new subthrottle sensor is just over $100. I am just trying to figure out if it can be fixed or adjusted. Or if its bad...its bad.

if it was the thread im thinking of from txredneck then he had the same issues you were describing with no power and all, it was the tps. not repairable, only replaceable.
