Hello all,

I need to purchase paint for my scuffed up 05 636, I plan to use PPG paint but have not seen any paint codes listed on this site or anywhere else when doing a web search. I may just have to bring in a body piece to the store to have them match the Kawi Green.

Any ideas?

I just checked for OEM parts and could not find one either. [&o]

Call 1-888-lemonds they can hook you up. Kawasaki doesn't make their own color, Lemonds orders paint from the same place Kaw does. They sell it at the cost they get it for, also if you want the same shine you need to get eggshell clearcoat. That can be gotten at lots of places I believe

I have checked out the colorrite site, what worries me is they show only one shade of green while another site I was on showed three for 1998 and newer.

Do all the 636's use the eggshell clearcoat or only the titanium color? It is hard to tell with the bright green color.

only the titanium has the eggshell, if im not mistaking..... there are a couple of different greens from 2000 up... i would think calling the dealership would be the easiest way to get a paintcode, or find out who paints their stuff..

 

If you call them, they can tell you what all you would need...even if you chose not to go through them...

They are who I go through for everything over 25 bucks, they give great deals...
