Default Exhaust Servo

I have a 2005 kawi 636r..just wondering what makes the exhaust servo go bad?? What solution do we have that can eliminate it... suxs when you riding and the fi lights go on and you wondering if its something major and when you pull the seat of the freaking servo is the issue... Is there an eliminator kit and who sells it if they do?? Any help will be great

yea i took mine off tapped it, smacked it around a bit and no coming back from the dead... i found an eliminator for the servo, so i guess il keep riding with the fi light on which makes the bike run like crap til i get it.

Ivan's servo eliminator or a race kit ECU will totally eliminate the servo. If it keeps cycling, tie a ziptie around the stop block.

yes i have the plate that goes on top, but the servo just went bad, it died no more back and forth, just order the ivan's eliminator.. no more worries about the servo and less weight...
