do you think cutting the cat out of my exhaust and weld a new pipes into it is as good as a full exhaust. since headers flow so well?

thats true....but i would recomend picking up a used header on ebay for cheap and have it done to that one that way if it gets messed up no real biggie and you can still ride

txredneckmedic, did the same thing to his....He gutted the cat and the muffler...You might shoot him a PM..

it does make a difference as the stock header is restrictive with the cat there.

umm i wouldnt know. My exhaust isnt exactly stock

You will lose a lot of low end torque, I think setups without cats are for trackers since they are all on high end power. If you do street riding just leave the cats in there.

makes sense since i felt lost torque when i removed the buterfly valve
