You may have to use spacers or washers to adjust the latch. Put the washers between the latch & subframebracket until you get all the play out but make sure that it locks fully or it'll fly off.

mike, play with it, i had to bend the bracket a few times, shave a little here and there but my tail sits flush.

Got my kit yesterday. Going to try to put it on this weekend. Seems fairly easy.

 

I did not get a chance to do mine over the weekend. Hopefully during the week. Because I won't be around next weekend to do it. My girlfriend has something planned for my Birthday. Post picks when you get it done UNREAL. Plus I am waiting for my gold bulbs.

 

Doing a micronslip on, scotts damper, headlights, and safety wire this weekend if all goes well. Should add to the parts on the bike nicely. Now I just need warm weather.
