Question Condensation

My 2005 ZX6R's headlights keep getting condensation on the inside of the headlight lenses. How can I stop this from occurring?

Its a "Sealed" headlight which is meant to keep moisture out. If the seal is broken you might be able to find a kit to rebuild it, its alot cheaper than replacing it. In the mean time you can use a hair dryer to dry it out until you fix it.

agreed, it is a "semi-sealed" system.

Is the dust cover in place and tight? The A of the headlight and the B of the dust cover are in alignment?

There is a seal break somewhere in your setup that you need to inspect.

good luck on the find
