Well, I pulled the plugs (which were soaked and the electrodes on two were low) and replaced them with new plugs (ngk) I put fresh gas in the tank, and the new carbs on.

RUNS like a scalded monkey!!! No joke.. Has a slight hesitation if I open the throttle wide under 2krpm but if I just ease on the throttle under 2k.. MAN!

Thanks for all the help. I was almost getting worried!
A slight hesitation is not bad. Congrats so far. Turn the choke up a notch and see how things run.
