Breaking axles at only 300whp? Seems kinda low to be breaking axles.

 

Your car must be gutted to all hell if you think it weighs 3000lbs...And you're going to need more than axles,driveshaft and some "big slicks" in order to keep upwith the 600's down here.

the bike was ****'n around until about 100 or so, by then the car and bike would be even in acceleration considering the m3 which is TURBOCHARGED and prolly running about 300 whp or so would be on par with the bike from that speed up to 150, the m3 could prolly go faster but if he's running the stock 5 speed tranny with the longer 5th gear then his acceleration would be slower of course at high speeds then having a 6th and closer ratios

 

The car is at 16psi pushing 483whp ... but do to the clutch clipping it was probably close to 400whp on that run.

 

He was in 2nd gear when the car took off, which was 60mph .. and the car was in 3rd. So I wouldnt say he started off in high gear that about perfect.

 

It would be a good race with both, a good rider and driver. Sound like the car definitely has the power. A stock pre- 03 ZX6R probably tops out at 155 mph. An 03 636 with a pipe will go 160+ mph. An 05 636 with a pipe & ECU Mod,165+ mphand an 07 ZX6R with the same will be even faster.

 

Why do M3 owners always talk so much noise??

 

I just think its funny, how many bike owners cant expect the fact that a car CAN be as fast if not faster than a bike ... .I owned an 04 636, and I got it up to 164mph.

 

They can be as fast. They just don't get there at the same time.
