Nice work taking the initiative, and saving yourself a ton of cash. I might have to wonder to eBay and see if I can't find myself a half decent kit.

With doing it yourself, do you have size limitations on what you can do? I'm thinking of if I needed to powdercoat wheels, frames, etc.

 

the only size limitations is the size of the oven since you have to bake the parts. so if you can find an old used home oven then you can do rims. but as for now im just using a small toster oven from wally world so the biggest i can do right now was the tripple tree

 

Sound good. I'd like to get the upper Triple clamp done on the 05 so I can apply the carbon fiber to it. I think it will look off if the rest of it is aluminum colored; it'll look unfinished.
