RE: anybody with lowering links
Most Likely, I lowered mine, the original kick stand made it virtually stand straight up wasn't comfortable with the way it stood. I cut an inch off then welded it then I decided to buy an adjustable kick stand. Hope this helps . good luck

Isn't there an adjustable side stand? A friend of mine said that he has one on his lowered 10r. I did not get the name of it.
But yes, if you have the tools, you could cut and reweld, depending on the drop, you could grind some off of the fulcrum as well.

Mine is lowered, I had to get it cut, and rewelded. I am going to have it done again. The bike should lean at 30-35 degrees. Mine is at about 22, and it makes me nervous.

I was wondering cause I was putzing around 58cycle and noticed they had an adjustable stand for like $150 or some other ungodly high figure and they mentioned it's good for a lowered bike... I guess it's good to figure this out before I install the lowering links I have... Thanks for the advice all
