'91 600C won't run right when hot
Have a 91 600C that developed some strange issues.I am a motorcycle newbie, but have extensive car wrenching experience. The main fuse blew one day while riding. So everything shut down of course. Never figured out exactly why it blew. Now when it gets to normal operating temp, it won't run right, it wants to stall. It is also extremely hard to start when cold. Given the fuse issue, it sounds like it might be ignition related. But everything looks ok. I was wondering if anything like this ever happened to anyone? It is hard to diagnose because it does run, just not correctly.
Also being a newbie, are there any issues with these bikes and clutches binding? If the bike is sitting and you have it in gear and you clutch, you can't roll the bike, there is resistance. Is this normal for this bike? In other words it doesn't clutch. But after that, after the bike is running, it clutches fine. Clutch cable adjustment is fine.
Thanks.
