Default 9000 Mile Tune up!

Ok so my bike had just hit 9000 miles. It's been 3000 from the last tune up so i figured it's time to show it some love.
I've changed the oil from 10-40 to 15-50 mobil 1 fully synthetic (i love it).

My K&N was dirty so I just cleaned it out and reoiled good as new.

I've changed out the coolant from 50/50 (green coolant) to a mixture of water wetter and distilled water. It really does drop the temp, it doesn't reach 220 anymore, the highest it's been at idle is 214, when the fan kicks in it drops the temp to 207. I'm going to test ride it for an hour or so and see how the temps are on the street.

NGK IRIDIUMS! Dude..these spark plugs are badass. They are well worth their money, I paid 10 bucks a pop and i'm glad I installed them. Changing the spark plugs is kind of a pain in the *** so long life, more power, better response I can't go wrong. My bike was having trouble lifting up in first, but now that I installed them oh man all the power is back and probably more

Well I figured i'd tell about my 2 cent thoughts incase anyone is interested in trying out any of the products i've just installed.
Any questions hit me up!

I have 12.5K on mine and it's overdue for a major tune-up. I'll change the oil to Motul Full Syn, plugs, adjust the valves, install race cams and another Race ECU along with my PCIII. I also have BEET rearsets and may install another slip-on; maybe a Yosh Carbon TRS. The bike seemed to have really good power with the Yosh Stainless TRS I had when I first bought it but it needs a tune-up now bad.

haha yeah man your definetly in need of a tune up. i love the yosh sounds, very aggressive in my opinion..i don't know if i can handle installing cams and adjusting the valves. that would be a mean project for me. i pay the stealership to do the valve adjustments, i don't even think i have the proper tools to do it. oh yeah so what kind of cams are you putting on?

03-04 Race Kit Cams. They should give me an additional 5-6 Hp and maybe upto 10 withthe Race kit ECU.

Redline only recommends using a water wetter/water mixture in race engines. You should still use antifreeze in a daily driving bike and just use water wetter as an additive.
