2006 zx6r wont start

2006 kawasaki 636 zx-6r
I am having issues starting it after being down for sum time. New battery at 13V, F1 light is on, when I crank it it wont turn. I checked and verified the fuses, I disconnected the fuel pump cable connections and checked for continuity while the ignition switch is on, no luck.
I cranked the ignition and checked each pin again for continuity and no luck. there isn't power going to the fuel pump. Is there a relay that needs to be reset and which one is it? is it the one under the rear seat or on the side of the frame that I should pay more closely attention to.?
Also to keep in mind I modified the exhaust and cut the manifold. electrical connection are still connected.

2006 kawasaki 636 zx-6r startup troubleshooting solution
I wasn't able to pull the code. I finally was able to get it running. I thought the able connections might have been it but it seems maybe the relay or what ever it is.
The itz a black relay maybe or solenoid or what not screwed on the frame which holds the battery down and also secures the gas tank. I unscrewed it and untwisted it. I think the twist might have been pulling the cable pin out of its socket making bad connection. With a pair of pliers I reseated the pins to this "relay" and fuel pump cable connections.
So now itz up and running.
