I have an 86 zx600r that will not start thought it was the starter relay so I replaced it and now soon as I turn key it makes relay buzz like I'm pushing starter button and will only stop if I either turn key off or unplug starter lock out switch on clutch lever. And help would be greatly appreciated also has charged battery

I rescently pulled entire wire harness and checked all wire for shorts or broken wires and nothing grounds are good also another lil symptom is when I turn the key to on lights come on dim but if I turn a tiny bit more they get full power! Now front brake lever does not turn on brakes but foot brake does. I rescently installed new digital gauges would they be part of problem?
