148mph and NO ticket!
Well if you ever want to ride bro hit me up. I'm always out riding. I live in Olympia but work in Anarcotes at the Refinery. So I travel ALOT. Let me know if you down this way and we can carve some corners up!
Yeah, I was cruising down I-95 Southbound from WPB with 4 of my buddies, all on CBRs of course.... everyone's got those damn things. We're all doing about 140 with naturally my 636 ahead of the rest by a 1/4 mile. I blast by an undercover cop in a jeep and he hits his lights and tries to catch up. I'm not really one to run, so I start to slow down. I look in my mirrors, and all my buddies blow by him split style doing like 160. The guy just flipped off his lights and popped his high-beams a few times. My guess it was a "**** it" flash, lol.
ive been doing some experimenting with law enforcement lately.. call it social experimentation. example: last night im coming home, its about 4am. i pass two units and im riding slow (about 30 to 35) here on the local back roads. as i pass them i stared at them as they stared at me, sure enough one tried to pull a uturn and follow but i just took a side street before he could see me and went home. this isnt the first time i have tried this, when i pass them i stare at them and it seems they pull me over when i do that, if i dont look at them and mind my own business they dont seem to pull me over or pay any attention. isnt that messed up? thats why i get so pissed off about being pulled over, its almost like an ego thing for some of them, like how dare i stare at them? i wont run on back roads, but damn it feels good to tell them no and smoke em on the interstate.. to shake my head no that last time felt so good. gives me a warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.
back in the day of my ex500 i passed a cop going the opposite way on a resevoir dam. i was doing over 100 and the limit was 35. i decided to twist the throttle and "book-it" home. i made it home...
only problem was that my dad was a cop in the same town so half the force knew who i was and where i lived... about 20 minutes later they came knocking on my door... no insurance, no tag, clocked at 113 in a 35... i was doomed. they nearly broke the door down when i didn't answer so i finally came out... they gave me 3 tickets- one for each... i immediately purchased insurance and a tag, went to court and they dropped those two. it was still a 400 dollar speeding ticket.
its been a fun story for years though!
