Default '03 zx6rr...should I buy it?

Hey guys...I've been on here b4 just couldn't remember my password...any how glad to be back.

I recently found an '03 zx6rr in a local Craigslist ad.
The ad has already expired but I emailed myself the specs (no pics though, hopefully he can post them again) -

~from CL

2003 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6RR $3800
This is not the Ninja ZX6R 636. It's like it but it was made for the racing 600cc class.
CLEAN TITTLE IN HAND

The VIN is: JKAZX4K143A001953.
I'm selling my bike. It has a clean title.
It has about 16k miles on it.
It has a few cracks in both fairings However, I had all the damaged repaired and reinforced with fiberglasss.
KBB lists my bike at:
2003 Kawasaki ZX600-K1 Ninja ZX-6RR
4-Cylinder
4-Stroke
599cc
Suggested Retail Value $5610
Look up the KBB yourself (obviously)
The bike runs strong and fast.
It'll need new tires.
It's all stock too.
I also have a solo seat cowl and a passenger seat.
I PREFER A LOCAL SALE, PLEASE HAVE CASH IN HAND
Call or send me an email
Thanks

Do you think this is a good deal? The mileage and fairing damage is scaring me kinda. I won't know how fast and how many times the bike has been down.. but I am kicking myself right now debating if I should jump on this but that is why I have you guys/girls, right? This will only be for the track, I am trying to get away from the street but theres always time for a little canyon riding. Anything I should look for other than the usual nicks and scrapes? Any advice is welcomed...thanks

the RR has a little less bottom end and is more high strung - may not be as fun just tooling around the streets untill you get to wind it out.

it is a good price though. do you plan to track it at all?

yes, i did mention in the first post that it would be solely for the track. All 4 of the main 600cc japanese sport bikes feel like 2 strokes nowadays.
I would like an '05 636 zx-6r though
