Default suspension tunning

hey everyone. i am trying to set my suspension just rite and i cant seem to get it dialed in just perfect. does anyone know the rite settings for best handling? a friend of mine found the perfect settings for his bike on a forums site this. anyone got any info for me, thanks i appreciate it.

I think you posted in another section but here it is again and if your someone different sorry.

Start with setting your sag, this is a must. After that you can make small adjustments from there. For most of us just setting your sag will get you where you need toand want to be.
