Default ZX-11 Overheating

Bike has been overheating. Prior to installing the new thermo, the resovoir bottle was depleting as designed. Now the overflow is coming from the primary as if there is no flow past the the thermo. Could the thermo be improperly installed?

Double check your stat. I agree.

Check the T stat. If it's ok, make sure the cooling system is bleed properly. Air in the system will cause it to overheat. Just for kicks, check the fuse for the fan. If it's ok, put hook 12 volts directly to the fan to make sure it still works. The only other thing wrong could be a bad fan switch.
