Question about choosing the right oil

I had the dealer service it, and I switched to fully synthetic... now I don't need an oil change until next year. Definitely will be doing it myself from now on... Almost a $100 oil change... RIPPED OFF! I think changing the oil in one of my cars is cheaper...Oh well
