Default mORE pOWER pLZ!

Hello,

What would be the best option for increasing HP drastically on my 2008 650R ninja?

Well you can always start with the slip on exhaust. I just put a two brothers slip on, on my 09 650 the other day. It is real nice and loud, plus a little increase in hp and torque.

Ya kinda sound like a squid with a beginning question like that....

What kind of riding are you doing? You prefer midrange, or you planning on breaking the salt flat record?

Hey, even a squid has to start somewhere ;P

I tried painting flames on the side, but it diddent help increase the HP!!

I am going to add slip on exhaust and see how that goes.

Thanks guys!

Full exhaust and PClll with custom map give about 3 - 4 bhp. On the road you won't notice the difference. Most of the popular mods - airbox and sub throttle plates - only make it louder or harder to ride.

For any more, you need bigger TBs, port work and new cams.

Best option is minor suspension mods and proper set up, then learning to ride it properly.

For a drastic improvement, fit a turbo.
