I feel like the dwarf of the bunch at a mere 6'. I know the wind will never be completely gone but the buffeting is bad. Might try with no shield for a trip just to see. The Laminar Lip is looking like the way I will go.
It doesn't stick up too high changing the look of the bike.
Did I read correctly that the 500R has a taller windshield that others?

Wow! I didn't realize how much more vertical the 500R is. That looks like it's the culprit, it creates alot of dirty air behind it.
The Laminar Lip will be here soon. Will report on it's effectiveness. Aerodynamically it's a great design and theory. Change that, Theoretically it's a great design.
