Default Well, I did it!

I bought my 07 500r last week. Soooo much fun. I love it. Got a decent price too on new. They had 2 07 models both yellow. One new, other used for $3999 with 1500 miles. I got the new one for 4490 OTD.
I rode it 1st few days w/ my matching full face helmet and gear. I statred to notice vibration at 5k+ rpm.
I took it 2 blocks to the gas station w/o my helmet and these vibrations seem really loud. Are these normal? I can feel it at higher rpm from the lower fairing, and mid rpm its the headlight. If i rev it andput pressure onthose parts with my handthe noise stops. Any advice?

Edited for spelling because im dumber than i look.

Congrats on the new bike! There is normal buzzing, I think mostly from the fairing, at between 4000 and 5000 rpm. Nothing to worry about.

Of course, you're supposed to keep it under 4k for the first 500 miles...

its ok if you go over a little bit. if you need to go to 6 to pass someone or something, its not gonna hurt anything. just dont do a flat out 20 minute top speed run lol.

the best thing is to vary the gear and RPM as much as you can.
