Sorry to hear about the back. I used to have a lot of back trouble and nothing else makes you feel so old before your time. What finally fixed me up was careful gym workouts and getting myself a kayak. If you live near a body of water, I can strongly recommend kayaking for setting things right.

I"m not Jamie, (Dariusz is the name - LOL) but thanks anyways.... my bad back is due to a bunch of differnt things and have had it since my teens.... and not taking care of it for a long time didn't help either!!! It's a little better now, but still got some good stuff for it just in case....

After the new years, I'm planning on doing the right thing!!! we'll see!!!

Just got back from a quick 30 minute ride, not that cold out if you're dressed for it!!!
Tomorrow morning I'm getting in one more ride before I go to the MidWest for the Holidays!!!

 

Hahahaha! Somehow I don't think you're that sorry! Its not that bad here - hey at least there isn't any snow on the ground at the moment. And we don't really have that many big gross bugs around here - cold weather keeps em away! So I'll stick up here and freeze for the time being!
