hey there guys, I have a 1988 kawasaki ex500.
As the last post said, I have gotten some high performance pistons, and need to know wether or not to balance the crank. Sooo if anyone knows the weight of stock ex500 pistons, that would let me know. I wanna say that my new ones weigh around 190 grams.

 

I measured the stock piston, it came to 200.3 grams. That is without wristpin or rings.

The new ones are 198 grams, depending on how close the wrist pin and rings are, then maybe it will be close enough that I dont have to rebalance the crank.
