In reading the comparison between the GS500 and the 500R I see the radials from the GS fit the 500R. Any one have experience with this or any words of wisdom regarding it?
Just a side note, the GS500 was one of my top 3 choices when I was looking. The only thing that steered me away was the air cooling.

 

The Kawasaki doesn't come with radials?

In that link Dragknee posted it said the 500R had bias ply tires. In the Handling column, last sentence.

 

air cooling can be a big issue if you ever deal with stop and go traffic.

 

The tires don't say there radials but the article also says they have 120/70 fronts but kawi"s page and my bike are both 110\70 fronts. I have that pic on my old laptops hard drive chris.what replacementtires do you run chris. should I go for radials.
