I found HID kits for any bike and i was wondering if anyone knew what size bulb i had in my 2006 ninja 500? i know i could just take it apart and look. but i dont want to go through all that work. Thanks.

...i tried talking the light out today and like you have to take off so much. i cant get the boot off to even try and unclip it. the only way i see to do it is to unbolt the headlight completely.

 

maybe if you tried using tools or your hands instead of "talking the light out" you might have better luck!

Seriously though when I took mine out I just unbolted the whole assembly. Mine was primarily zip tied on though so it was pretty easy.
