Default fair price for fork overhaul?

As far as changing the fluid, installing new seals for good measure, and inspecting the springs and replacing as necessary, what is a fair labor quote for fork work? An hour and a half, two hours book labor? I'd be supplying the parts.

I can see all of the fluids on the bike except the fork fluid and I'm a little paranoid.

Thanks.

ps don't try to talk me into doing it myself.

pps there's just one seal per fork to be replaced correct?

There is an inner and outer seal for each tube. the inner keeps oil in, the outer keeps crap out.

If anybody cares, the local shop told me three hours labor.
