So i was takign the fairings and such off for the first time. I was wondering, what would making 1" holes in the air box do?(before the filter not after DDUUHH). I did it to my 03 1500 Silverado and it was just as good as a Cold air intake and sounded great. Would it help or hinder this bike? I dont drive it in the rain. So water wont be in the picture.

works well IMO.

you have to open the pilot screws and adjust them as well.

 

im kinda carb retarded.... if someone coudl explain easiest way for adjust for best performance thatd be awesome.
