Frankly, your bike could be on fire and there is always gonna be somebody that doesn't see it. That's why I re-installed my stock turn signals on the bike. I figure life is better than looking cool.

Check out the difference between stock and after market. I'm just saying, its like 5 times brighter.

as far as i'm concerned if someone can't see that bright red brake light or headlight and be aware of turn signals, something is wrong. i really don't see how turn signals are gonna make a difference to careless driver. also, i am always looking in my rearview even if just braking at a red light/stop sign.

Back to stupid people driving on the phone. I once saw a guy on a sport bike talking on the phone in 5 o'clock traffic. I use to say I'd helpANY fellow bike in need but I just wanted to run that guy off the road. It was in Souix Falls SD so he didin't havea helmet on... after all he need to make a call so he couldn't wear his helmet.

Which hand was he using to talk? That sounds really impossible in traffic, at least for more than a couple seconds!

I've seen Harley riders talking on their cellphones while in motion on PCH here. They've all been using the clutch hand.
Nothing screams "rebel" like a cellular phone.
