trans problem
first post here....
i have a 96 250 for a work beater bike, i do beat the crap out of the poor thing, but its fun.
a few weeks ago it started jumping from 5th back to 4th if i didnt let off to shift at WOT.
the other day i took off from a light, shifted into 2nd gear early, then laid into it and stretched 2nd to about 14k rpm, right before i was about to hit 3rd BANG right back into 1st by itself. now its doing it going easy on it.
anything in particular i should look for to be wrong? im gonna tear it apart this week.
