I spent a good while screaming a few choice words at my rear axle because I could not get it off. Am I doing something wrong? I am trying to get the castlenut on the left side of the tire off but when it budges, it just moves the other nut with it. Can someone help me get this thing off and give me some ideas to get this wheel off? Thanks!

 

You have to stop the other nut from moving. Stick a wrench on the other side. (You did take the cotter key out didn't you?)That's all there is to it. Unbolting the mufflers will also help greatly
