Recently I punctured by fuel tank, as I was reinstalling the side cowling, by over screwing the bolt. I know that Kawasaki recalled a few models for this exact reason, however, not my model. I have a 2003 250R Ninja. I was wondering if anyone had this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this without having to resort to welding. Any feedback would be appreciated...
