Has anyone else had this problem? My bike is stored under a carport and is very rarely in the rain, however, the 4 allen bolts that hold the handle bars on are rusted. I would have thought these bolts would have been stainless and rust proof?

 

Stainless is expensive. You won't find any on a stock bike.

Yeah the bolts on the ent of the exhaust will rust too! At least mine did!
