I noticed on some 250's there is only one exhaust pipe. How do I do this mod? Like who makes this type of exhaust? I hate having it on both sides. For one thing the helmet lock is right about my exhaust. My helmet would melt if Iput it there after riding.

 

Muzzy is the biggest maker (I think the only maker now.)of single pipe exhaust systems for the 250R. Since the new '08 250R has a single exhaust, you may wait to see if you could get one of those to work with your current model once the '08's come out.

 

You also HAVE to rejet the carburettors after installing a muzzy system.

 

and lose the center stand
